The first of those bouts is the first female bout we've ever covered here, and sees the once beaten Sonya Lamonakis (7-1-2, 1) in action as she tries to bounce back from her controversial loss to Martha Salazar earlier this year. The Greek born American Lamonakis will face novice Taren Pennell (1-1) who is likely to be under-sized here having come up from the mid 180lb range last time. With Lamonakis looking to make a statement it'd be a shock if she didn't really impress here.
The other bout on the show is by the more notable as home town fighter Tor Hamer (20-2, 13) faces the hard hitting but limited Kertson Manswell (23-7, 17) of Trinidad And Tobago.
Although Hamer did famously quit in his bout against Vyacheslav Glazkov last year he is skilled and has bounced back well with a stoppage of Maurenzo Smith a few months back. He'll be favoured heavily here against Manswell who has lost his last 4 including an opening round blow out at the hands of Deontay Wilder.
